Return Policy
Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible gaming accessories. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Gaming Accessories-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used gaming headsets and earphones
- Custom or personalized gaming accessories
- Digital goods, including downloadable content and software
- Perishable items, such as gaming snacks or drinks
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
Return Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging, including any tags, manuals, and accessories
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@carlplays.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only permitted for defective items or if you received the wrong item. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as initiating a return. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item, and we will send you the correct item or issue a full refund as per your preference.
